Paid up letter

Good day

Daily Credit Co-operation has been collecting my debt for my tfg account in 2021 and ever since September 2021 I did not receive my account paid up letter, when I reach out to their customer service I am always told to wait 14 working days and it has been three years now in awaiting.

Kindly resolve this urgently.
