Over billing, no communication, no statements, account handed back to bank

This company is an utter disgrace. When my account from Standard Bank was handed over to them I started paying immediately.

I had to ask for statements, queried documents on my account belonging to other parties and then the interest they charged as well as the bank, which according to the NCR should have been frozen.

The next moment in May 2017 I got contacted that my account went back to the back. It has been 7 months that I have been asking for all the documentation for my file and all they do is ignore me.

I have now decided to take them to the ombudsman. They are ***** and ******* and all they do is lie and *****, be rude and have no clue what they are doing.
