Not Impressed

In error I over paid my Edgars account, which is now fully paid up and I want the account closed. Daly Credit Corp has acknowledged that I need to be refunded. I keep on getting brushed off. The excuses are "its been escalated to management" / "Management are in a meeting" / "They are waiting for Edgars to get back to them" Its been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. Its interesting that they can harass you for money, however when they owe you money.....its a different story altogether. They can do whatever they like and take as long as they want.
