No Transparency

My Sterns account got handed over to Daly Credit Corporation as I was struggling to make payments. I have started making payments using the application on phone from the 18 May 2020 the total amount paid this far is R1 348.00. Upon receiving statement, I realized that majority of the cost beside the handling fees is coming from the calls and sms. When i asked them about this i was advised that i can request to only be communicated with via email as this is free of charge. I made the request and subsequent to that I still received sms - maybe 2 sms and these cost R 3.22 each, it is a small amount but it makes a different. After couple of calls requesting these to stop - on the 28 July 2020 I made a payment of R350 and the arrangement is that 31st of each month I make the payment. On the 29 July 2020 I received an sms about the payment for the 31 July 2020 which I have already made. I called them to inform them about the sms and that the payment has been made - they said i should ignore which is normal but when i received the statement, the sms charges were there twice in 2 days. This happens after the payment has been made - so not sure why I am being charged for making a payment. When I asked them they said these are automated. So far the amount is not going down at all instead it goes up and not sure how - when i send emails to the people responsible to send statements, they do not reply and cannot speak on the phone.

I have access to TFG site where I can see what I owe then - the difference between the outstanding balance on my name on their side and that presented to me by Daly Credit Corporation is about +- R2000.

There's not transparency to their process and I feel they are not about helping customers but use their hard earned money to fill their pockets. I am willing to pay this account till it is finished but I do not think I will ever see that even if I pay each month.

Please assist me on this, my reference number to them is ***7.
