NO CONTRACT AND ******** DEBIT ORDER FROM FNB AND DALY CREDIT CORP!!!!

Good day,

I trust you are well.

I'm not well, My husband has had an amount of R3000.00 taken out of his account with no reference. This morning he received an SMS saying that you were instructed by FNB to collect the balance owing to his account. How do you just take someone else's money without their consent or knowledge!!!????

I will be taking this up with FNB as well as the ombudsman. YOU TOOK MONEY FROM MY ****ING CHILD'S MOUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no wonder you only a 3.2 rating and 90% of the reviews on here are just complaints.

So it has taken nearly a month for you to "look into the matter?"

So I must wait for you to decide when it's good enough for you to give an answer to consumers who have never dealt with you nor ever heard about your company ever!!!!!!

You do know that the usual turn around time for any company is 48 hours right?

I expect a call back within this week.
