****ming people I call three weeks ago my balance was R198, then called last week it was 255 and today it is R332. I have paid off the account today I need a paid up letter and update the credit bureau. Highly unprofessional stuff. You ask for a statement they want to charge and wait 12 working days for a statement. So you just have to take their word for it. I wouldn't be surprised if they said I still owe tomorrow.
