**** ****, Pants on Fire

Just received an SMS from Daly stating that they have tried to contact me regarding a settlement on an account. This is the same tactic these companies use in order to threaten legal action on a regular basis even if accounts are up to date as agreed.

I have not received a call regarding this, thus it is an outright lie and should be considered as legal malpractice.

SMS's and eMail are not legal forms of communication regarding situations like this. It is time for some tribunal to shorten the leash of these companies.
