LACK OF URGENCY

Their consultant are so active in calling and demanding that one makes a payment and once they receive it you will take for forever to get you close up letter. I called them almost everyday and they will inform me that the administrator is still busy with the request and only if they want to attend to it they will if they don't then they won't. These people have no sense of urgency AT ALL.
