Invasion of privacy by Daly Credit Corporation

One of my workers (Mr. John Keikane) used my Cell number to open an account and subsequently not paid. I now get harassed by this company at least twice a day for payment for the outstanding amount and blocking the numbers and explaining that I am in no way related to this person does not help at all. I have requested numerous times that my cell number be removed from their system and every time I get told that they will remove it but 10 minutes later, I get a phone call again from the same company. I am currently seeking advice form a law firm regarding whether this is a POPIA act violation or a Harassment / Invasion of privacy violation as the company does not seem to care about rectifying the problem.
