INFERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I paid off my RCS account last year November and have proof - but i am getting calls from this company that I have an outstanding balance. I have sent more than 10 emails and no one is correcting this issue. they are claiming I still owe R1200 which is definitely not true. This has left me so fustrated
