I'm shocked at how useless they are to close off matters

On the 10th of July, Daly Credit Corp called me to advise me that there was a balloon payment outstanding, to which I advised I would settle this amount at the end of July. 30 July I paid this amount. The full amount has been paid, they have since told me I owe another month of installments which I disputed, 30 days later after radio silence that amount has changed to a 25% of the monthly installment which I disputed again; I have asked for a statement to show whats remaining and as at today (30 days later) I am unable to resolve the matter. I have tried including everyone and their dog into my emails, even the CEO and it all falls on radio silence! I have a paid off asset that I cannot transfer into my name because of their pathetic service! Im at the point of taking legal action against Daly to recover whats owed to me as well as damages as their incompetence is affecting my credit record.
