I want my settlement letter I have been waiting for too long
Worst company ever . They have been giving me run around when I’m supposed to get settlement letter at first they said I should wait 8 Weeks and I did , from there they said I should wait 3-5 days of which I did , and now they are telling me to wait 90 days via email but on WhatsApp they are telling me a different story . This company is a **** Shem , they’re not honest with us when convincing us to pay off our debts through them ❌
Worst part they debited after I was done with payment now I can’t get my refund Im being pulled back n forth just like they do with settlement letter

14 Aug 2025, 09:42I don’t know how many times I have been telling y’all this , I did not receive any settlement letter one 1st of august and 13 the only respond I got is “a request has been sent to our department for the letter “. The latest email I got from you said I should wait 90 days from Truworths to email the settlement letter so I don’t understand what is going on because 8-9 or 10 weeks has passed . Please send me my settlement letter and stop giving me run around

14 Aug 2025, 09:45From 1st august I was told to wait 3-5 days . Of which I did then all of a sudden I’m forced that they sent it and I was asked to send screenshot from my spam folder I did that but still I don’t get any help I get different stories
