Horrible Service

I have never come across such a bunch of rude Indians in my life. Whenever I have received a call from a different race they seem to speak with actual respect. I have been making payment into my account without Daly being involved and yet I keep being told if I don't enter into a payment agreement the calls will continue which to me means not only am I being THREATENED, I'm being harrased and I'm assuming additional cost are being added even though iv made payments. I requested a manager call me back. Because the last Indian lady told me to go to FNB and now that in paying them directly it's also a problem. STOP CALLING ME IF IM MAKING PAYMENTS I TO MY ACCOUNT.
