HORRIBLE COMPANY
Horrible company to deal with - firstly my bank had to let me know my account is now with them; not one call or email received from them. (please note the bank handed me over 18 days after my first missed debit order in 3 years!!)
Finally got a settlement letter as requested for over a week. Made full payment and silence. No acknowledgement of proof of payment, not thank you idiot, no we will send you your paid up letter NOTHING. My mails are being completely ignored. ALL their phone numbers do not exist or is unavailable.
Don't understand where banks get these *********** companies to deal with debt, honestly. DO BETTER, it's peoples lives you guys are dealing with.
