Harrassment and Breach of Agreement

I am being threatened and harassed on a credit card that is prescribed debt and I am tired of trying to explain the meaning of prescribed debt to Daly Credit Corp. I am also tired of explaining to them and reminding them about the payment agreement. The account in question had been inactive for 6 years which means it is prescribed debt. They also fail to understand the meaning of someone who cannot make phone calls - that constitutes ************** against someone with a disability. They also conveniently ignore the fact that I had been unemployed since 2009 and even in spite of that I still make regular payments on the account in an effort to settle it. Please can Absa get hold of Daly Credit Corp to clear this up with them. I look forward to your response.
