HARRASMENTS AND THREATHS

I am making payments and yet I'm receiving calls and SMS of sending sheriffs' .Is there no management? because the agents don't read whats was captured on previous calls that were made.I have records of emails of the arrangement in place.What's crazy is that FNB is acknowledging my payments and Daly is doing their own thing. Its like there more payments you make,you are the bad guy,im even paying more than the R300 which is the minimum amount.Enough is enough. The agreement is with FNB and not Daly Credit! Do your job right.We do have rights and we are keeping our records.
