Harrasing calls after emails send and a POP send

Numerous emails and whatsapp messages send with a POP agents calling explaining the same story everyday oh we will make note so that you dont get to many calls come the following day you get calls more than 4 times a day stating you cant take calls during working hours after arangements made then you keep getting the calls but no reply on email from agents
