Harrasament

So I have an arrangement with them to pay off a small debt.

They advised me to pay using their online portal. Every month I pay using that portal, I email them proof of payment.

Last month I paid on the 29th or 30th and sent them proof of payment. First, they sms'd, emailed and called stating that I did not make payment. After a flurry of back and forth they eventually realized that I did make payment and sent me an email of acknowledgement. Yet, I receive calls and sms's almost daily asking why I did not make payment.

This has gotten to a point where it feels like I will go insane. IT. DOES. NOT. STOP.

And the funny thing is, every email, sms and call gets charged to my account. So at this rate I will never be able to get out of debt.

So it's a case of damned if I do, damned if I don't. Whether I make a payment or not, the result is the same. Pure, unadulterated harassment.
