Harassment from ABSA and Daly

The way I have been harrases by this company and its client ABSA it's beyond me. I settled my credit card with ABSA last year December only to find out that I have been handed over to this company. I kept receiving calls and emails from and I kept on telling them that I did pay off my credit card. So they insisted on the POP which I had misplaced...and I took my time off from work went to ABSA and they got me that proof of payment I sent it to them last month already...and ABSA as well and guess what still get emails from them threatening me with further steps and no one I mean no one from ABSA or this company who has taken time and review what is happening but the fact is I paid ABSA and this matter should be closed because it's really irritating me. Maybe ombudsmen can assist with this matter cause honestly I am sick and tired of these two companies.
