Good day... I have been handed over to daly corporate due to missed payments on my Foshini , Truworths and Edgars accounts. All these accounts were then settled in June. I was told to wait 8 weeks to recieve my paid up letters. Till today I have nothing. I keep calling the call center but I get promised a solution that never comes by. I send whatsapp,still nothing is happening and my clear score shows that there is 6 hundred and something due on the Truworths account. How,when I have settled. I need my name cleared and want my letters please. Help me.
