I am going through a process of buying a house, when they picked up I have some unpaid debt, I paid it & now 3 weeks later I am still awaiting my updated credit report & a letter to state that the debts have been paid before I can buy the house. I have emailed them numerous times as they still send me sms's and email to say that i need to pay the money!!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous that I am still waiting for something so 'simple' (Like they said)
