Trying to settle my account. I have called numerous times requesting a settlement letter I have emailed numerous times requesting a settlement letter And still no settlement letter But they are quick to add interest and call charges and then they expect me to pay into their account what assurance will I have they pay the settlement amount over to the company if they cant even send a settlement letter
