Fed up with this nonsensical agency

I'm so fed up with them. They'll call you everyday to make payment arrangement but after the account is paid up, they don't bother to communicate. They don't respond to emails, their WhatsApp is not working. The agents will give you a run around telling different stories. You'll wait forever for refund and paid up letter. I don't even know why they are a collection agency as they don't know what they are doing. Their service is nonsense, they take people for granted.
