Extremely Frustrating and Mismanaged Service

My experience with Daly Credit Corporation has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I made two payments toward my Standard Bank loan,one on the 26th of November 2025 and another on the 4th of December 2025, yet they continue calling and emailing me claiming I haven’t paid anything.

This shows a serious lack of accuracy and care in how they manage client accounts. Instead of checking their records properly, they keep harassing me with unnecessary communication, causing stress and inconvenience even though I have met my obligations.

If this is how they handle payments and client information, I am genuinely concerned about their reliability and internal processes. Very disappointing service. I do not recommend them.
