Dissatisfied with delays in getting my refund.

I don’t even think they deserve this one star only giving it to them because it’s the lowest possible available rating. I don’t know a business that can harass you so much when they want their money but then delay giving you a refund. I would not recommend. I have been following up everyday and being sent pillar to post for my OWN MONEY. It’s actually ridiculous. No one seems to know how the system works because when I ask questions I’m either given vague answers or redirected to yet another clueless person. I just want my money back so I can never have to deal with them again!
