Dilly-Dallying Daly....!!!!!
Ongoing & unresolved payment issues that are costing my Credit status due to unmonitored & poorly integrated processes between Daly & FNB. I have been in touch with Th**** & Na***** but Daly seem to be going round in circles. I mean, how does this work? The incompetence is next level - no one seems to know what's going on except harassing me for already settled monthly payments, for the past 3 months. Surely there must be a board / company that should audit these unprofessional Debt collectors! 208 reviews, with an average of 1.1 speaks volumes!!!

The money is clearly reflecting FNB side; can someone competent do their job your end, for once & update my profile accordingly. E.g. Your broke client Dashboard to reflect the correct amount. Daly must stop passing the buck & take accountability for once. I will not rest till you sort out this sh***!. Also, can your Agents please stop harassing me!!!
