Deducting money while the account is settled

It’s my first time dealing with such an unprofessional an disturbing people company or what ever. We had an agreement on settling my sportscen Acc With in 3 months paying 960 for 3 months. But still on the fourth month they are still deducting money from my Acc, hence when you asked them about the paid up later they are telling me about 8 weeks so that they can continue deducting your money from your account. Why are you still deducting money on my account but I’ve already settle my account and I cleave called the centre several times an i have been told that my balance has been settle or paid up. I want my money back an a paid up latter

It’s been 15 days an your reply was you will get back to me with the matter. I don’t know how long does it take to get back to a client in the company ?
The bad thing about this is that I’ve been calling since an I’m being told different stories everyday. The last story I was told was I will receive an email with documents to fill an send it back with attachments between Wednesday an yesterday (Thursday) an today it’s a Friday still an I just called an told I should wait . For how long ?

And Thank you I have received my paid up letter hoping this month end the debit will not go through or deducted in my bank account
How long does a refund take place ?
