debt colleting ****mers

In 2023 i received a call and emails from Daly Credit corporation to settle an outstanding loan i had with fnb. I enetered into an agreement to pay an amount every month until the full settlement amount offered has been paid, once this was done i called to confirm and they confirmed i had finished paying and they will then send me a paid up letter. To date, 31 March 2025 I am still requesting and waiting for said paid up letter, the response i get is we have requested this from fnb and then radio silence for months again until i request it again. This is a ****, i paid to them monthly and now they are ignoring my requests and have further went and sold the "debt" to another debt collector yet I paid them in full. This company is nothing but a ****. Getting people to pay them under false pretenses. I request all monies paid to them, be refunded if a valid paid up letter cannot be provided asap.....
