Daly is unprofessional

Had the most horrible experience with this company. I have been paying my one account monthly but credit score companies show that I have not been paying 2 accounts since last year November. My one Capitec account was fully paid in January and to this day i have not been helped with my paid up letter. Every month I do a follow up and I have not been helped.
