DALY is annoying

these are the most annoying calls ever they call every single day for arrangements which have been made, then they say they need to confirm, yet they charging me the call that I didn't ask them to make, so the amount never decreases, I feel like I am being harassed by these people.

there has been an arrangement made they should stick to and not try to make extra money by them calling me and charging me for their call.......#ANNOYED
