Daly harassment to a client who has already paid an account in full.

I had an Edgars account which I had an outstanding amount, MBD was appointed by Edgars to collect money I owed, the account was paid in full last year on the 23rd of November 2020. MBD provided me with a paid up letter, now I am receiving messages from Daly demanding money for the same Edgars account, I have emailed Daly the paid up letter from MBD about 9 times, they have called me a number of times, I have explained to their consultants that the account has been settled in full but I still receive messages demanding payments. I have sent emails and a paid up letter to Nerasha, apparently he or she, is one who is responsible for such disputes, Nerasha has not responded to my 6 emails. Daly is a bad company.
