This week I phoned Daly to get a settlement letter, first i was treated badly because i dare to ask for a letter, which i have in writing they give me till 29 June. Today i got the following sms Dear WOOLWORTHS LOAN account holder. Despite all our recent agreements with you, you have FAILED to honour your payment arrangement as promised. You MUST make a payment no later than 23/06/2019. Should you fail to do so, we will take instructions to proceed with legal action through our attorneys. Daly Credit Corporation ***.
