Daly credit Harassment

ref ***7. This account belongs to my son and not me. I have tried for over 6 months if not longer to explain this to the people at Daly Credit but i continue to receive threating sms's and phone calls. I have even threatened to take legal action for harassment but to no avail as today i received yet another sms. Each time i give them his number and ask them please to remove my number. This is not getting to much and i have referred it to my lawyers.
