Daly credit corporation,no paid up letter after 4 weeks

I paid my account 4 weeks ago and sent the proof of payment,was told that my account has been sent to Truworths for allocation yet Truworths says to deal with Daly regarding the matter,they have received no payment for allocation.I am really frustrated and need to know when I will get my paid up letter,at other times I am told that the payment is not reflecting,how,when I sent proof of payment and it has been 4 weeks,where do we report such,this is draining?
