Daly Credit Corporation - No Assistance Whatsoever!

This company is absolutely useless. They started debiting my account and then the next month stopped debiting me and then noted a missed payment on my Credit Report. I then re-added my debit order details on their site so they can debit this month and again they did not debit. Their banking details are no where to be found so that i can make a manual payment. I now have requested a settlement letter so i can be done with them and nothing. No feedback on their whats-app, I've sent 2/3 messages. I have requested numerous call backs and still nothing!!!
