Daly Credit Corporation - ***********,Useless, ********** Company???

Is this even a real company....?

I had a credit card through Absa that was handed over to Daly. I had made arrangements with them to pay it off monthly. Religiously I paid every month without fail. They then offered me a settlement amount which I agreed to and paid in full by the date (25 January 2021). I requested for a settlement letter for this account from them and they advised it would take 5 working days to receive feedback regarding the letter.

I have made over 300 calls to their support line and sent 100 emails requesting feedback for my letter. To date 16July 2021, I have not received a single email or a call from Daly.

It's funny how they call you 3 times a month to remind you of your payment that is due and send you several emails too, but when you need something from them they are nowhere to be found.

I have spoken to several agents, only today, that have promised to speak to their Supervisor Shashika and manager Beverly Govender , who will phone me back immediately and assist me with the letter. Still waiting for a call or email.

HOW DOES IT TAKE 6 MONTHS TO GET A SETTLEMENT LETTER FROM DALY CREDIT CORPORATION... Are they a legit company or are they **********???
