DALY CREDIT CORPORATION DOESN'T HONOUR THEIR PROMISES
Good morning. I am feeling hopeless and disappointed with Daly Credit Corporation. Two months ago, I spoke to a manager( Shaun Dlamini) who promised to help me clear my name after struggling for 12 months to resolve my debt with them. Unfortunately, I have not received any feedback or assistance from them since then. The manager even provided me with a direct line to his office, promising to deal with my issue urgently, but I have not been able to reach him despite countless phone calls and wasted airtime. This is by FAR the WORST customer service experience I have ever had.
