Daly credit corp- easy to harass, no answer when settling

This company has me at wits end, they call you non stop, almost harassing you, send tons of e-mails but as soon as you want to settle your account... Absolutely no feedback. Its been a week and absolutely no response! I'm so frustrated. I have spoken to Yasmin at Daly, gave an offer to settle my debt and a week and no reply. Then i sent an e-mail (their general e-mail) and complained, still no feedback. I even phoned in, the lady who helped said I should wait for a reply from Yasmin. I'm upset that they dont hesitate to harrass and threaten, but when it comes to settlement they dont get back to you at all! I want this sorted out now!
