******** the lot of them and taking advantage of hard working people and messing their credit records

They have been after me for an account I closed with standard bank... because they messed up my credit record I decided to pay it and I ll raise it with the ombudsman... the account number provided was blocked and I informed them numerous times... eventually they gave me a link and when I printed the docs and I went to shops to pay they couldn't pick it up....then the link said I should also use my eft but it doesn't allow to pay from a standard bank account... I made the payment on the day they said I had to pay .. now they claim it reflected late and I owe 4k still how is that possible when I have paid the requested amount, who do we report debt collectors to
