Daly and Paid up letters

A year ago Edgars put me on debt review which i fully paid this year in June but struggle Receive a paid up letter, every time i request one i get promised to wait 48hours and nothing happens and when i call their debt collector *Daly* consultants don’t afford me their manager due to working from home network set up however promise to delivery paid up letter in 4weeks and every time and I’m now in November and i haven’t received a single letter or correspondence from them

Daly credit is a ***** company that lacks resources and infrastructure to draft a paid up probably run in some low budget flat in Joburg c.b.d thus apply lackluster effort in resolving company queries, how can a query be 6months overdue without management looking into it?
