Complaint

This is regarding the settlement letter that I requested from the attorneys - Daly attorneys on behalf of standard bank. I had a loan with the bank. Missed several instalments and the account was gender to the lawyers. They called me and made payment arrangement to pay back the arrears. After a few payments the bank told me I can't settle the arrears as I wanted to continue paying the premiums for the account to be paid up to date. I ended up settling the account in cash and now they ignoring my plea for the settlement letter,i explained on numerous occassions how important it is that i get the letter,still can't get any help I asked for he settlement letter on the 28th august 2018 when I made arrangements to settle and i paid it off on the 29th august 2018.

I called the attorneys and even went to the bank at south gate mall. Henry was the guy assisting me with the query from the bank. We were told of a turnaround time more than 6 weeks just to get a settlement letter advising that the loan account was settled .This is frustrating as the house am negotiating to buy could be given to some1 else in the next 48 hours simply because I can't get a settlement letter for the account that I paid off so that I can secure a roof \house for my family.
