Complain

I have never been disappointed like this in my entire life. I have been calling and sending an emails but no one is helping me. I paid up my account but when i check online is still showing that am owing and i have requested the paid up letter long time still they a not sending. I haven't seen a company that doesn't respect customers like this. I'm so disappointed by your service and on top of that you dont have truth. I'm still saying i want my paid up letter.

I'm even thinking of taking this matter to the court cos i have done wat i was suppose to do .
