Close my TFG account.

Why do I need to beg you guys to send a payment letter to TFG so that they can close my account? I have settled my account and in fact you guys still owe me because I paid more than the settlement amount but now the account is not yet closed. You were harassing me with phone calls and SMS, now that I have paid you're failing to do 1 little thing. Please sort out this thing.
