Challenging Daly Credit Corporation to react on review

I am on a debit order system at Daly Credit Corporation where they have been taken off the amount monthly from my account without any hassles until the last one that they were suppose to take of on 25 December 2023 which was during the festive season. They did not. Telling me I had no funds on it when my salary already was showing on account two days before the 25th and was still in my account, so the excuse of no funds is total nonsence on 25/12/2023. They have been sending threatening messages to my phone and emails continuously. I have called them asking to speak to their supervisor. She wasnt available. In the meantime I still get emails and phone messages from them wanting to take immediate actions for a last payment when they were at fault. Im sick and tired of their way of working with clients when I am constantly told to ignore these AI letters when I confront them, they have been doing this when the debit orders went through every month aswell. I think I am well known for losing my cool with them. But Hello Peter we all know there is a faceless person behind sending them that I want stopped. I do not think Im the only complainant.
