I have been trying to obtain settlement letter for my account for 3 days now and nothing has been sent. Agents are all very unprofessional they just drop the call on your ear when you are the one that has been calling. Daly corporation I have told all of the 5 agents I spoke to the urgency of this matter and it seems no one seems to care. Is this the way your company is run? I need a settlement letter and arrangement letter! With the paid up letter as soon as proof of payment is provided
