Bunch of *****sters

I paid up my sportscene account in store and they told me that they cannot close it. To my surprise, I asked this company to remove my name and give me a paid up letter instead they took my details and forged a payment agreement. I recieved that sms I was shocked because the only thing I asked for Silindile (the consultant) to do is to give me their details so that I can send through my proof of payment. I also asked them to send me the call recordings to have them on file, even spoke to their team leader but still nothing. I've never been so emotionally destroyed while dealing with a company in my whole life.
