please indicate when will I receive a paid up letter for the credit card account with you? This is unacceptable that I have to continue to suffer whilst you guys received the R25000.00 for the settlement offer you gave me and I have honored by making means to pay with my last savings. It is my ;legal right to receive a paid up letter and you must also clear my name on the credit bureau asap.
