Bad service

Agents are rude, they do not pronounce names right, they do not give full details on the call and when you are doing follow-ups, they throw information at your face and drop the call as if you have to know how these things work. there is no explanation and when you call back, they do not want to transfer the call to the agent you last spoke to. They come up with stories that they are working from home, but the receptionist managed to transfer the call.
