Bad customer Service from KESHNI

Ive never been treated like a ******** like this from one of the consultants by the name of KESHNIE who is very arrogant, rude and has no customer care whatsoever.

I mean i work with customers but when a consultant cuts you short when speaking as if you owing her.

There was one stage when she WAS SHOUTING AT ME? I mean really? It really left a bad taste...
