Bad client service

Daly credit Corporation is the worst. They very quick to send you emails nd messages about non payments yet when you ask for their help they never respond. Whatsup number is always online and they don't even respond to Whatsup. I have been struggling with this Company since June as they can not allocate my June payment that I made via eft using the same reference number their urgent gave me over the phone. Everytime when I call they ask me to send them proof of payment and no response. I have called, sent emails, Whatsup and still no answer. They promised to stop adding interest if I increase my payment arrangement and as soon as I did that they still adding interest each and every month. I have paid my September payment and fnb has confirmed it yet you sending me email about non payments So basically my debt is not getting any lower its getting higher each and every month. I'm really trying to fix my credit record.
